Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences, Engineering, Business, or related field).
Minimum 4-5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, or High-Tech industries.
Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of customer needs and market dynamics.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
Strong technical knowledge and understanding of product or service offerings, with the ability to communicate complex information to customers.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
Valid driving license and willingness to travel frequently (up to 50% of the time).
Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
